The Basics:
I am a human that likes to work with other humans. If you are a human that likes to be treated with dignity and respect, who also works hard to treat ALL humans with dignity and respect, then we might enjoy working together.
Like all humans, I am a work in progress. If we work together and something I say or do does not feel comfortable or safe for you, please speak up. I know that speaking up is an act of courage and I value your voice and am open to your feedback. I have a lot to learn and unlearn and am engaging in active practices to continue to know better and do better. I have found no better way to do this than to listen to the truth of how my words and actions affect others.
The Nitty Gritty:
